BOARD COMMITTEE MEETINGS
The Alaska Railroad Corporation, an independent public corporation of the State of Alaska, announces that its Board of Directors will hold meetings of the following Board Committees on November 6, 2008: Safety Committee, Capital Projects Committee, Audit Committee, Business Development Committee, and Executive Committee.
The meetings will commence at 10:00 a.m. at the Alaska Railroad Corporation, 327 West Ship Creek Avenue, Anchorage, in the third floor Denali Board Room, and continue until complete.
The public is invited to attend the meetings but should be aware that portions of the meetings may be held in executive Session. Committee meetings do not provide for public testimony. Pertinent reference materials, if used, will be made available to those members of the public who attend the meetings.
Copies of the agendas will be available. Agenda times may vary and the Chair may reorder agenda items or the order in which the committees meet.
Individuals with a disablity who may need special accommodations in order to participate in the meetings should contact Jim Blasingame at 265-2680 (TDD number 265-2621) two days prior to the scheduled meeting date so that special arrangements may be made.
